Intro CLERB MEMPHIS THE CIVILIAN LAW ENFORCEMENT REVIEW BOARD CLERB YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE HEARD Process Overview Citizens can file complaints with the Board regarding excessive force, deadly force, injuries occurred while in police custody, harassment by police, improper arrests, inadequate investigations, or any other improper conduct by a member of the Memphis Police Department. All complaints are thoroughly investigated, and the Board reports its findings to the Memphis Police Department Director.
